The successful candidate will provide support to the Senior Team Lead in the Human Resource Department; ensuring that the department maintains efficiency and confidentiality on all matters relating to staff and management.
Some Main Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the coordination of Company special events and HR projects as required
- Assist in the preparation of internal communication (memos, Quarterly Review Magazine etc.)
- Ensure that all HR correspondence to be communicated via mail/email etc. is done in a timely manner.
- Prepare letters for employees upon request, including job letters, Travel letters etc.
- Promptly input employee data into the Employee Database / HRIS and ensure that all employee information is accurate.
- Maintain and update all HR employee files (hard and soft copies) and other HR Administrative files and ensure all records are maintained on a timely basis and in accordance with approved HR filing system.
- Assist with drafting minutes from meetings, disciplinary letters and leave utilization letters as required
- Assist with ensuring that all HR procedures are completed upon employees’ separation from the Company
- Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company
Qualification, Experience and Requirement:
- Five (5) CXC / Ordinary Level passes, including Math and English.
- Post-secondary certification in an HR related field would be an asset
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
- Or relevant combination of training and experience
- A valid Police Certificate of Good Character
